2. Subscription Model

We offer tiered HR subscription plans, each with specific features and benefits. Details of each package are available on our website.

Subscription plans are subject to change.

Subscribers will be notified of any material changes to their plan.

All subscriptions automatically renewed unless, unless cancelled with 30 days written notice.

Please note that any unused time or services do not carry over to future billing periods. Our plans operate on a “use it or lose it” basis, ensuring you maximise the value of your subscription each month.
3. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

Payments are due on the 17th of each month.

Failure to pay within 10 days may result in service suspension until payment is received.

All subscribers must set up a direct debit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Service Limitations

Our services are primarily remote, with optional onsite visits available for an additional fee.

Some of our packages include limited Employee Relations (ER) support and do not cover Fair Work compliance.

While our team is professionally trained in Human Resources, please note that we are not legally trained. Therefore, our services do not extend to legal advice or representation.

Clients seeking legal guidance on employment matters should consult with qualified legal professionals to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Our recruitment support services encompass the following tasks:

Writing advertisement (excluding posting or promoting them)

Reviewing and shortlisting candidate resumes.

Coordinating and scheduling interviews between clients and candidates.

Please note that our recruitment support does not include executive search, headhunting, or other specialized recruitment services.

All consulting hours, including phone, email, and meetings, are typically conducted within standard operating hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Sydney time, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to alter, amend, or discontinue any of our services without prior notice.
5. Additional Services

Additional HR Services outside the subscription model may be available upon request for an additional fee. These services may include, but are not limited to:

Custom HR Strategy development.

Bespoke training and program workshops.

One-off consulting or project-based HR Support.

In-depth compliance audits and reviews.

Specialized recruitment services beyond the included scope

Charges for additional services will be agreed upon in advance and billed separately.

Payment for these services will be specified in the corresponding agreement or invoice.
6. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve any disputes within 10 business days.

Further dispute resolution can be located within your Subscription Agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability

HR Hive holds public indemnity insurance to cover professional liability in the provision of HR consulting services. However, HR Hive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber for the service in question.
8. Website Use & Content
